Stellenbeschreibung: Join us to make education accessible for all! Strengthen our International Sales Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Sales Advisor (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne or Berlin. This role focuses on guiding international students through the enrollment process while delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels. Your tasks Provide comprehensive support to prospective students via telephone, email, chat, and WhatsApp throughout the application and enrollment journey Advise international applicants by identifying needs, clarifying inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions Utilize consultative sales techniques to convert leads into successful enrollments Maintain accurate and organized customer data to ensure service excellence Apply persuasive communication and collaboration skills to foster a positive student experience Your Profile You hold a commercial or sales qualification, a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent credential You are goal-driven, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic, process-oriented environments You remain focused and motivated even during high-volume periods You are a collaborative team player who independently identifies and addresses student needs You possess excellent English skills, a strong service mindset, and are proficient in MS Office and modern IT systems We offer Be you at IU: We support and empower you to achieve your personal and professional goals.
