And we’d love for you to join our international team in Berlin as Senior Influencer Marketing Manager . Aufgaben As Senior Influencer Marketing Manager you will: independently lead national and international influencer marketing campaigns for top-tier clients in the beauty and FMCG space act as a strategic advisor, steer the operational team, and serve as the central link between clients, creators, and internal teams develop creative concepts and campaign strategies in close collaboration with the client service team lead client calls, project kick-offs, and status meetings manage the full creator onboarding process – from talent scouting and briefing to contract negotiations and coordination with managements ensure brand fit, tone of voice, and quality standards across content take ownership of budget planning, cost control, and performance reporting mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members Qualifikation What we’d like you to bring: 4–7 years of experience in influencer, social media, or brand marketing – ideally in an agency environment (experience in event management and experiential projects is a plus, not a must) strong understanding of creator strategies, platform mechanics, and performance KPIs proven track record in managing complex client projects and large-scale budgets confident communication and presentation skills passion for brand building, social trends, and creative storytelling you know what makes a beauty brand tick and how to make FMCG feel fresh on social strong organizational skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset have a Can-Do attitude and want to make things actually happen you play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile Benefits What you can expect: a great team of fun-loving, caring and incredibly smart people with flat hierarchies and an open communication culture a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment with exciting international projects (Don’t just take our word for it – check out our Instagram: @ueg.emea) a flexible hybrid working setup.
