They support customers across the DACH region with modern, cloud‑driven technologies and best‑practice consulting. After recent success they are looking to expand their HRIT team. Tasks In this position, you will: Lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Run requirement‑gathering sessions and define roadmaps with customers Configure and enhance EC, including integrations with SAP HCM Analyse, optimise, and document HR processes and system configurations Support testing phases (SIT/UAT) and guide customers through go‑lives Work closely with HR stakeholders to deliver best‑practice solutions Profile Strong experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration & consulting Solid understanding of HR processes and SAP Best Practices Ideally certified in EC Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution‑oriented mindset Fluent German (C1) and good English skills We offer 100% Remote - work from anywhere in Germany Multiple offices across Germany & DACH Highly competitive salary package Company car Flexible working hours Continuous training & development opportunities Supportive team culture and long‑term career growth Contact If you are interested, please get in touch: matthew@energizerec.com + 49 89 3704 0193
