Stellenbeschreibung: About the company Our client is a global electronics & semiconductor distribution group that is ramping up a new greenfield distribution hub near Magdeburg . After a recent Go-Live in September , the team is strengthening 1st/2nd-level EWM support for day-to-day operations and continuous improvement. The site is migrating stock from south of Germany and Belgium and runs highly customized SAP S/4HANA EWM with strong JIT/outbound processes. What you’ll do Own stable warehouse IT operations (1st & 2nd level) for SAP EWM in a fast-moving environment. Monitor EWM and connected interfaces (MES, infrastructure, cloud services), analyze incidents, and resolve tickets. Triage and fix process bottlenecks in outbound/JIT flows; implement pragmatic workarounds. Drive customizing (focus of the role) and collaborate closely with the internal SAP/EWM team. Produce operational KPIs and performance reports; contribute to continuous improvement of the new site. What you’ll do 3+ years hands-on SAP EWM (Must-have); 5+ years a plus. End-to-end warehouse/logistics understanding, especially outbound & JIT. Confident with EWM customizing ; ABAP for debugging/minor enhancements helpful (roughly 3/5 skill level). Structured, analytical problem-solver; strong communicator in cross-functional settings. Very good English ; German is a plus.
