Stellenbeschreibung: Intro We are looking for a creative Russian speaking Online Marketing Manager , with experience in online marketing to join our marketing team and promote our services online with various methods. This is a full-time, full-remote position. We work with large established German enterprises as well as young and dynamic start-ups, hiring for a wide variety of tech roles. We help our candidates find a job in Germany, secure an attractive job offer, obtain a visa and relocate to Germany. We also support them extensively after relocation, making sure that everyone gets a smooth start in a new country and on a new job. Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, our team is distributed from Portugal to Kazakhstan. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, given that your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours. Tasks Design and improve our online marketing funnels (customer journey) to generate leads and subscribers. Track performance and build reports for our funnels with GA, GTM and other tools. Create and optimize landing and product pages, forms, and email templates to improve conversion. Increase organic traffic on our website via SEO optimization. Explore and implement efficient ways to generate leads, for example: Email marketing campaigns for our subscribers, Google and Yandex ad campaigns, Targeted advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Influencer marketing, Webinars, Any other online marketing ideas that you convince us of. Requirements Fluency in English and Russian (C1); Experience in online marketing in a similar setting You are a professional in what you do and you enjoy doing your work Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar tools Knowledge of and experience with website SEO optimization High literacy and well-developed copywriting skills Real-world experience with either Google/Yandex ads OR Facebook/Instagram targeting.
