Tasks As a Revenue Operations Manager at paretos, you are the backbone
that connects Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance! You
will shape the way our teams work together, ensuring processes are
seamless, tools are smartly used, and data drives the right decisions.
With your operational mindset and passion for growth, you’ll help us
scale sustainably while enabling every GTM team member to shine. Your
main tasks will include: Designing, documenting, and continuously
improving end-to-end revenue workflows across the full customer
journey Defining and enforcing clear handoffs between Marketing,
Sales, and Customer Success to reduce friction and ensure
accountability Building and managing a structured enablement program
(onboarding, training, certifications, sales playbooks, methodology
frameworks like MEDDIC/Challenger) Taking ownership of our CRM
(HubSpot), ensuring it serves as the single source of truth and
integrates seamlessly with our GTM tech stack (e.g. LI Sales
Navigator) Implementing automated workflows and system integrations to
reduce manual work and boost scalability Defining data quality
standards, monitoring dashboards, and driving proactive improvements
in data governance Creating actionable analytics and reporting
(pipeline coverage, conversion rates, funnel analysis) for both
leadership and team levels Partnering with leadership to shape GTM
strategy and align revenue planning with company OKRs Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations,
ideally in SaaS or subscription businesses Hands-on experience in CRM
ownership and process optimization (HubSpot) – understanding and
improving core systems. Experience with Clay highly appreciated
Practical experience in Sales Enablement , including onboarding,
training, or playbooks Solid understanding of Marketing , Sales , and
Customer Success processes , with the ability to improve workflows
Interest and foundational skills in data analysis , reporting , and
funnel tracking ; experience with BI tools is a plus Tech-savvy and
curious, capable of effectively leveraging GTM tools and automation,
profound knowledge of LLMs and prompting. Hands-on , detail-oriented ,
and pragmatic , flexible in moving from strategy to execution

bilingual (as the focus is DACH) and English (as we are an
