Stellenbeschreibung: Intro The Opportunity Our client, an elite US law firm is looking to expand its Financial Restructuring team with the addition of a talented Associate. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, close-knit team at the forefront of complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. The successful candidate will gain exposure to some of the most sophisticated and high-value mandates in the market, working alongside leading practitioners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Tasks The role: • Advising on a broad range of financial restructuring and insolvency matters, often with a cross-border element • Supporting on complex finance transactions involving private capital, special situations, and distressed investing • Collaborating closely with senior lawyers and clients to deliver strategic, commercial advice on high-stakes matters Requirements The successful individual is likely to have: • 2-4 years’ post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency, gained at US or international law firm • Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) • Excellent technical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset • Experience or interest in private credit, special situations, or complex finance structures is highly desirable • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment If you’re looking to take the next step in your restructuring career and want to work at the cutting edge of the market, we’d love to hear from you.
