Stellenbeschreibung: DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is looking for a committed and motivated Recruiting Assistant in Human Resources (m/f/d) for a financial authority in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will support the HR team with various administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient management of HR processes. We offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and further develop your skills in the field of Human Resources. Responsibilities: - Organization of administrative support for the recruitment process - Support in selection procedures, including screening applications, tests, and interviews - Assistance to selection committees throughout all phases of the process - Collaboration with supervisory companies for monitored tests - Preparation of job postings, offer letters, and support in pre-contractual checks - Management of the hiring schedule and reserve lists Requirements: - Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification - At least 1 year of experience in recruitment; advantageous: experience with structured procedures in EU/international organizations - Good basic IT skills, especially Excel; advantageous: experience with recruitment tools - official working language: English - Structured, flexible, and team-oriented working style What we offer: - A interim (6-months plus possibility to prolong) employment contract according to the BAP collective agreement - Above-average compensation, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses - An interesting position that matches your qualifications, with the possibility of permanent employment by the client company Your path to us: If you would like to apply directly, you are welcome to send us your CV by email or submit your information via the online application form.
