Tasks Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent Conduct and coordinate interviews and internal reviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and align recruitment strategies with departmental goals Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process Work as part of an HR team, and show willingness to engage in a variety of non-recruitment HR tasks when necessary Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels Professional proficiency in both German and English Ability to prioritize tasks when managing multiple requisitions simultaneously Enthusiasm for learning about the diverse roles you will recruit for Resourcefulness and adaptability to troubleshoot recruitment challenges and find innovative solutions Meticulous attention to detail in candidate assessment, documentation, and process management Benefits Exceptional, challenging and unique international projects A highly motivated, international team and a friendly, open-minded working environment - we stand for openness and diversity!
