Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the
position "Quality Conformance Manager" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Ensure the conformity of a product/service with quality
requirements and support on-time and on-cost delivery by delivering
right first time to increase customer loyalty
- Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and
continuous improvement project or initiatives by setting the
measurement standards and identifying or facilitating improvements to
increase
- Process performance and product adherence to standards
- Reliability of processes
- Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any
process changes are made and continuously through the life of a
product
- Responsibility for quality processes, performance and
transformation of Airbus / Satair materials management services
(process definition and maintenance, process adherence, process
improvement, performance management, digitization)
- Leading the local process footprint, while contributing to the
global, and in close collaboration with local operations teams
(quality, warehouse, customer troubleshooting)
- Focal point of ASOQX in various MFTs
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of aerospace or a comparable
qualification
- More than three years of professional experience in the fiel of
Quality Management, Process improvement and quality assurance
- Good knowledge of lean and process management
- Basic knowledge of change management and KAIZEN
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Skywise IT Development knowledge/ coding
- Fluent in English
