- Project and Office Coordinator (m/f/d) Location: Berlin Your tasks
Support project managers in planning, tracking, and monitoring project
progress Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, and
reports Assist in coordinating deadlines, deliverables, and
communication between internal and external stakeholders Ensure
projects remain on schedule by following up on action items Manage the
day-to-day administrative tasks of the office Serve as the first point
of contact for general inquiries and correspondence Maintain filing
systems (digital and physical) and ensure accurate record-keeping
Oversee office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement and
services Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights,
hotels, and transportation for executives Organize conferences,
meetings, and company events, ensuring all details (venue, catering,
materials, itineraries) are in place. Manage calendars, schedule
meetings, and support executives with organizational tasks Draft and
format correspondence, presentations, and reports Support onboarding
of new team members and coordinate internal communications Your
profile Proven experience in office coordination, administration, or
project support roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills
with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools Strong written and
verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while
supporting multiple stakeholders Discretion and professionalism in
handling sensitive information Strong interpersonal skills and team
spirit Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
