Be part of our dream team! Tasks Lead Generation & Sales Support: Assist in identifying and engaging potential customers to drive sales. Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations, highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories. Order Coordination: Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services. Competitor & Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies. Event & Exhibition Assistance: Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers. Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analyzing sales performance to improve strategies. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles Preferably experienced in selling high-value products (e.g., luxury goods, real estate, premium services). Ability to work independently and in a team. Fluent in Italian(C2) and English (C1).
