For its office in Graz, our client is currently looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d) . Responsibilities: Understand, challenge and refine requirements from Product Management, translating them into clear, actionable items for the development team Drive feature discovery and preparation, ensuring they are ready for implementation Own and maintain the teams’ defect backlog; serve as the first point of contact for newly reported issues Lead your team through Program Increment (PI) planning and sprint planning, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and dependencies Present and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and acceptance criteria are fulfilled Work closely with the Team Lead to maximize the value delivered by the team and continuously improve the team effectiveness Skills and Qualifications: Strong background in requirements engineering and translating business needs into implementable product increments At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment Ability to maintain a clear overview and act with calmness, clarity and consistency in a dynamic setting Motivation to build in-depth knowledge of air traffic control and apron management High level of initiative and responsibility for own work, while actively contributing to shared team goals Excellent English skills (spoken and written); fluency in German as a benefit Benefits: Exciting projects in the aviation industry Comprehensive onboarding Flexible working hours and home-office option Diversity and multicultural teams Meal subsidy and free fruit snacks Free parking Subsidy for the Climate Ticket (public transport) Fitness benefits Company and team events The minimum salary for this position, as per the IT collective agreement, is 3,843.00 € gross per month.
