Stellenbeschreibung: Mission Success Our optical payloads are in high demand providing cutting edge science for crucial space missions. If you have an eye for details and like to support our engineering team to ensure mission success, we have this interesting job opportunity for you. Your tasks Preparation of project product assurance documentation tailored to project specific customer requirements Align test and inspection activities with engineering and production team Support engineering and production team in case of non-conformances and deviations, perform root cause analysis, identify and monitor corrective and preventive actions Support FMEA, RAMS and radiation analyses Quality status reporting towards the customer and internal stakeholders Participation in customer review meetings as product assurance representative Contribute pro-actively to continuous improvement of products and processes Your skills and experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace engineering, physics or related fiel At least 3 years working experience in the space industry Knowledge of ECSS is a plus Experience with reliability, radiation, FMEA or another product assurance discipline is advantageous Experience with parts, materials and process control is a plus Hands-on hardware experience is required Good communication and report writing skills Solid English language skills written and verbal are required, German language skills are an advantage We offer Diverse development tasks in the area of high-end space technology Personal impact and development possibilities in flat hierarchies Profit sharing, company pension scheme, flexible home office rules and many more… This position will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
