Stellenbeschreibung: About us I am looking for a motivated manufacturing professional who enjoys optimising processes, driving improvements, and working closely with production teams to achieve measurable operational results. Tasks Review and assess production processes to uncover inefficiencies and improvement potential. Design, trial, and roll out technical and organisational improvements within manufacturing operations. Evaluate and support the introduction of new equipment, technologies, and materials. Prepare and update production-related documentation such as process descriptions, work instructions, capacity calculations, and performance analyses. Apply continuous improvement and lean principles to support productivity, cost reduction, and operational stability. Work closely with production teams, engineering, and management to align technical improvements with business objectives. Profile Technical degree or completed vocational training as a technician in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline. Several years of experience (approximately 5+ years) in an industrial production or manufacturing engineering role. Practical experience with lean methodologies, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with time studies, process evaluations, and manufacturing analysis tools. Independent working style combined with strong communication and teamwork skills.
