Stellenbeschreibung: Intro This position is currently offered as a part-time role based in Berlin We’re Progyny Global, part of the Progyny Inc family. Our mission? To make fertility, pregnancy, and family-forming care accessible everywhere. As part of our expansion into pregnancy support, we’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and clinically experienced Pregnancy Care Expert to guide members and support our team with world-class care. Tasks Conduct 1:1 video consultations with members, educating them on fertility, pregnancy, and menopause topics. Assist members in identifying the right fertility clinic or service provider, schedule appointments, and provide ongoing concierge support. Address member inquiries, proactively researching and presenting high-quality solutions tailored to their unique needs. Conduct in-depth research on country-specific legislation and medical landscapes related to fertility, pregnancy, and menopause. Audit and support the creation of pregnancy care content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Help to train and mentor Member Care Experts to strengthen their knowledge of pregnancy and fertility care. Regularly update our platform’s knowledge databases with the latest information on relevant healthcare practices and legal frameworks. Requirements Key Skills Customer Service : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Empathy : High emotional intelligence, a compassionate approach, and a genuine passion for supporting people through sensitive life stages. Adaptability : Quick learner who embraces new topics and continuously expands knowledge in fertility, adoption, and surrogacy. Organisation : Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritisation skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Collaboration : Thrives both independently and in a team, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Diversity & Inclusion : Commitment to supporting people from diverse backgrounds, especially in fertility and family-forming journeys. What We’re Looking For Certified midwife or registered fertility nurse with hands-on patient experience. Confident, kind, and communicative , with a natural ability to make people feel at ease. Comfortable in collaborative, dynamic environments . Experienced in, or highly interested in, virtual care and digital health . Fluent in English (spoken and written). Bonus Points Knowledge of global pregnancy practices . Experience in a customer care role . Additional fluency in in Hebrew or Italian is a strong plus.
