What You’ll Be Doing Network Builder: Identify, win, and develop new
distribution and channel partners for our award-winning smart glasses
worldwide Brand Scout: Define target groups, prioritize regions and
verticals, and analyze competitors to carve out our unique position
Partnership Architect: Approach potential partners, handle onboarding,
and craft strong, sustainable contracts Launch Captain: Plan and
execute partner-enabled market launches, from first call to signed
agreement and go-live Sales Accelerator: Drive partner performance,
provide hands-on support on co-marketing, co-branding, and
market-specific campaigns Progress Checker: Monitor, analyze, and
report on indirect sales performance and use learnings to fine-tune
strategies Requirements What You Bring to the Team Proven experience
in partner/channel management, indirect sales, or business development
– ideally in tech, electronics, or consumer products Sharp thinking
for target group and market analysis, network building, and
opportunity spotting Practical know-how in partnership outreach,
onboarding, contract negotiation, and sales enablement Experience
launching new products via indirect sales or channel networks (B2B2C
or distribution-focused) Strong intercultural and communication skills
(German and English required; further languages a plus) Hands-on
mindset, proactive and organized, with a strong commercial drive and a
good sense for trends Know-how in marketing, co-branding projects, or
