Now, we’re scaling up, and we’re looking for motivated students who want to grow with us and shape the future of agricultural trade. Your challenge Your Mission – Operations Focus As a Digital Operations Intern , you’ll be part of the team that keeps our transactions running smoothly and helps us scale: Support machinery transactions – coordinate steps from inspection to delivery Optimize workflows – help identify bottlenecks and test automation tools and AI solutions Coordinate logistics – assist with transport arrangements and communication with carriers Track deal progress – keep data accurate and ensure smooth handovers between teams Improve processes – suggest and implement small changes that make us faster and more efficient Your profile Your Profile Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally towards the end of your studies Available for a minimum of 3 months in Hamburg Studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field Language Skills: Solid English skills required; any additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Romanian etc.) is a big plus.
