We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, German-speaking intern to help us build our auditing and claiming operations. Tasks What You’ll Do You’ll support the development of our auditing and claiming processes directly with our Founders and Head of Operations , working closely with engineering to build tools that drive value for our customers. This role includes, but is not limited to: Drive strategy to automate workflows that enhance speed and accuracy of claim resolution end to end. Conduct research to distill business rules into structured logic for automation and scalable application Work cross-functionally to explore, experiment, and collaborate with our product owner and engineers to co-develop robust engines Requirements Skills We Value Detail-oriented and organized – you spot the small stuff and keep the big picture in order Strong communicator – fluent in German and English , with the clarity to work across teams and external partners Builder mindset – you enjoy creating structure from scratch and thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments Collaborative and cross-functional – comfortable navigating between ops, product, and engineering to get things done Curious about logistics and operations – you're motivated by real-world problems in a massive, evolving industry
