You’ll play a key role in keeping our startup running like a well-oiled machine, supporting both our internal team and external stakeholders with structure, heart, and hustle. Tasks What You’ll Take Care Of: All things Backoffice : from travel bookings to organizing receipts to keeping our accounting prep squeaky clean Cost controlling for external trainers and learning projects Preparing our yearly company report Assisting with investor reporting — timely, clear, and accurate Being the friendly go-to for our learners when they need support Helping our training delivery team stay on top of their game Requirements What We’re Looking For: You’re obsessed with structure, systems, and getting things done You find joy in making things easier for others — it energizes you You’re startup-savvy: comfortable with some chaos, and know when to bring order You don’t need a big team or a fancy title — you’re excellent where you are , and proud of it You’re hands-on , humble, and always willing to lend a hand Growth mindset?
