In connection with the company’s growth and the need to strengthen team management, we are looking for a person for the position of: Tasks Lead operational excellence: Manage and optimize daily transport operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely service delivery. Strategic decision-making: Develop and implement strategic plans to address logistical challenges and enhance overall performance. Cross-department collaboration: Act as a central link between management, fleet, dispatch, and departments such as sales and finance. Effective communication: Foster open and transparent communication across teams, clients, and business partners. Team leadership and development: Coach, mentor, and empower team members to achieve professional growth and deliver high performance. Process improvement and digitalization: Initiate and lead projects focused on simplifying and digitalizing workflows to improve operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum 3 years of operational or sales experience in the transportation sector or experience in a similar managerial position within a logistics or transport company. Strong leadership and people management skills. Strategic and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluent English and German are required. Openness and willingness to learn. Drive for continuous development and improvement.
