Stellenbeschreibung: Einleitung JUNA is on a mission of #electrifyingroadfreight. Founded in 2023, we are off to a great start and have already deployed a substantial fleet of heavy-duty electric trucks in Germany. By combining e-trucks (as-a-service) with a flexible per-km fee and access to utilization, we make the shift to electric logistics both seamless and risk-free for our carrier-customers. JUNA is a joint venture between industry leaders Scania and sennder, ensuring that our customers have access to premium electric trucks and steady revenue through prioritized green loads. We are now looking for an operations manager with the right mindset and grit, ready to take the lead in launching electric truck projects. Aufgaben Oversee daily operations of the e-truck rental fleet. Monitor and manage customer inquiries and issues promptly. Co-ordinate disposition and workshop teams. Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures. Track and manage administrative tasks related to operations. Assist in documenting and updating operational processes. Qualifikation Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales, operations or process management in the transportation or logistics industry Hands on mentality, you know how to manage highly operational tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for sustainability and innovation. Available to travel Europe-wide. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
