As Operations Lead you'll be in charge of their biggest Operations Center worldwide. Tasks Build and lead a high-performing team of Managers, Operations Associates and Mechanics Take full ownership of the P&L and budget — and make sure the numbers hit their mark Dive deep into data to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities Create and implement smart, scalable processes that drive smooth operations and strong financial performance Partner across the company to fuel rapid growth and expansion in a fast-paced, high-impact environment Requirements Strong academic background with a track record of excellence 5+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, or a comparable field Fluent in English; German skills are a plus A natural leader and communicator — able to motivate, inspire, and manage large teams with confidence Sharp problem-solving skills: detail-oriented, data-driven, and always digging for root causes Ready to take full ownership of a complex operational setup and deliver real impact Benefits You work in an early-stage start-up backed by renowned investment funds.
