Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Enzo is on a mission to transform the insurance industry. With our AI-powered SaaS solution one.drop , we help partner companies detect water damage early and sustainably reduce costs. As an Operations Excellence Manager (m/f/d) , you will play a key role in expanding our processes and structures across the entire organization. You will design, implement, and measure the quality of our core processes and help us establish a global market standard for water leakage monitoring. Tasks Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. Monitor and measure the success of the Operations and Growth areas based on relevant KPIs. Develop and establish processes for delivering our SaaS services, ensuring implementation throughout the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out and operationalize processes and structures. Serve as a key contact for the Customer Service team and partner companies regarding process-related and technical questions about our SaaS technology. Support day-to-day business activities in the areas of fulfillment, customer onboarding and water leakage monitoring. Develop training programs for employees and partners on using the Enzo one.drop technology. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards during process improvements. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or a comparable qualification. Experience or internships in process optimization, lean management, or continuous improvement is a plus. Experience with SaaS solutions and their integration into existing business processes. Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a willingness to learn and grow. Independent working style with strong analytical skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus. High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, and the ability to inspire colleagues. Benefits Why Enzo?
