Core tasks: Check-in and checkout process of individual guests and groups: Welcoming guests Check-in process Checkout process Cash-up responsibility Point of contact for guests: Information and advice about the city, transport, sights, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Handling complaints and solving problems Point of contact for external people: first contact person for suppliers, neighbours, public authorities (e.g. police), etc. Ensuring adherence to house rules Required core competencies: Professional specific competency: Language skills (proficiency in English and basic level of German) Computer skills (Office, Mews) Social and communicational competency: Empathetic Accommodating Open-minded Taking responsibility Inspiring and enthusiastic Hospitality: Enthusiasm for service/hosting Resilience and ability to work under pressure Complaint and conflict resolution skills Organisational competency: Prioritisation Time management Efficiency and effectiveness Process-oriented thinking and acting Our offer A gross salary of € 13,22 per hour Access to employee discounts and perks, including discounted accommodation in all Wombat’s hostels (Vienna, Budapest, London, Munich, Leipzig), also possible for friends and family members Opportunities for professional and personal development thanks to our internal training programme – WomAcademy.
