Tasks Your Role: Lead High-Impact M&A Deals Across Borders As an M&A Consultant, you will be at the forefront of dealmaking, coordinating cross-border transactions and navigating the complexities of international business cultures. You will: Manage full-cycle M&A projects with a focus on Italian-German transactions. Build trust with entrepreneurs, advising them with confidence and integrity. Generate a pipeline of high-value deals by identifying opportunities in the Italian mid-market. Conduct in-depth company and market analyses, aligning strategies with the needs of German investors. Coordinate legal, commercial, and tax experts, ensuring seamless execution. Requirements Your Profile: We are seeking an ambitious professional with a global mindset and the skills to thrive in the dynamic world of cross-border M&A: Bilingual fluency in Italian and German (English a strong plus). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A proven ability to navigate the cultural nuances of international business.
