Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Please note: This position requires you to work on-site at our Zurich office (5 days a week). Remote or hybrid arrangements are not possible for this role. Lightly AG is an official ETH and HSG Spin-off in the field of machine learning and computer vision. Its products are used by leading companies in autonomous driving, medical imaging, and visual inspection to curate visual machine learning data. Lightly consists of a small team of talented software engineers, researchers, and business developers in Zurich, who all individually impact the business and our product. Tasks This role offers you the opportunity to join a Swiss Y-Combinator–funded company at the forefront of AI. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support our Head of Marketing across a variety of initiatives and gain hands-on experience in content creation, campaign execution, events, and marketing automation. Key Responsibilities Create engaging content for blog, news, social media, ads, and video formats Develop product-related materials for conferences and events Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, and other channels Help document marketing processes and workflows Work with our CRM (HubSpot) to support the sales team with campaigns Build marketing automation workflows using AI tools Run and document competitor research Assist with organizing conferences and local AI meetups Requirements Personal experience with AI tools beyond basic LLM use Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field Strong English communication skills (German is a plus) Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and explore Experience with video editing and content writing is a strong plus Benefits Office in the heart of Zürich incl. regular home office Ownership and responsibility from day one, training by marketing experts, and direct contact with the founders A lot of fun: regular get togethers, team events, and company offsites (retreats) Closing Have we sparked your interest?
