We are looking for you to lead various commercial, financial and operational topics that drive forward the growth of the company. This is your opportunity to have an impact on our planet and experience a startup in its earliest days . Aufgaben Own all communications incl. website, PR and linkedin as well as presence on fairs and events - from strategy to content creation and design to publication Execute go-to-market hands-on including talking to and managing a network of customers, from lead to contract Morph between marketing and sales in the early days while focusing on one or the other later - initial focus with ~70% of your time will be marketing Develop briefs and materials to expand to new products, segments and markets, including translating customer feedback into short- and long-term RnD initiatives Qualifikation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related (ideally with focus on marketing, business development, sales) 1-5 years of previous work experience in business development, marketing or sales A track record of marketing selling successfully Handling a high degree of ownership and self-management; being a team player Fluency in English and German; speaking a bit of Spanish is a plus Willingness to travel about once to twice per months for up to 2 nights each Benefits Responsibility from Day 1 You will work cross-disciplinary in a multicultural team, and directly with the founders to help you learn and grow A high-impact, ambitious startup environment with the ability to learn and grow alongside the company The opportunity to work on groundbreaking technology and make a true impact on the environment and our food system A fun, flexible, and rewarding environment where you can have the ability to thrive as a person
