To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate: ESMC - Manufacturing Manager (Fab 24) Tasks In this role, Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for leading technology transfers, new production line set up, wafer focused manufacturing in multiple modules/departments, production improvement to ensure a smooth production operation, people management initiatives, and business-related functions focused on wafer manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Participate in related tasks of launching new factory and scale expansions. Establish effective planning capabilities to maximize the fab capabilities to achieve high quality wafer production and accurate delivery, as well as resource arrangement, task prioritization, and cross-function management work. Elevate 300mm semiconductor manufacturing system excellence on equipment productivity and cycle time improvement. Conduct the equipment integration application to create or maintain an effective scheduling system can provide decision-making logic to enable the fab to achieve production capacity targets, improve the operation control capability of the fab, and significantly reduce variability. Collaborate with Engineering teams, Process integration, Yield improvement as cross-functional cooperation to meet customer’s requirements. Experience in the semiconductor industry with DFK or Muratec AMHS system or other AMHS suppliers, and equipment knowledge. Manage all members and building team spirit through involvement and effective communications, proactively identify talent and continuously develop team members with a deliberate road map. Profile Job Qualifications: Qualifications and Education: 3+ years of experience in people management & development. 8+ years of overall experience in semiconductor industry. Bachelor's or Master's degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, Computer Science is preferred. Hands-on participant with a strong sense of ownership. Weekend on-duty/on-call rotations in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing environment. Must have experience: Extended experience in a semiconductor manufacturing company. Language Skills: German and English: Full Professional Proficiency or Native / Bilingual Proficiency. Mandarin is desirable and nice to have. Professional Skills: Communication style: concise, data driven manner. Personal Attributes: Must be willing to relocate to Taiwan for extended period for training. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well across organizations. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Good in communication and negotiation. Quick assimilator of new technology. Training/Onboarding: Training in Taiwan for a period of at least 6 months.
