For an innovative and technology-driven industrial environment, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who will play a key role in shaping and optimizing modern production processes. MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (M/F/D) YOUR TASKS Independently design, develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes in machining and assembly Define and specify tools, fixtures, production equipment, and special-purpose systems Plan and structure production work packages in close coordination with engineering teams and project management Analyze production deviations, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure manufacturability of components and assemblies (DFM) Review technical drawings and CAD models for production feasibility and readiness Introduce and implement new manufacturing technologies and process improvements YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or a comparable technical qualification Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within metal processing (machining, forming) Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM programming Experience in integration and assembly of complex components Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Proficient in CAD systems and MS Office applications Knowledge of EN9100 and ISO 1101 / 14405 is an advantage BENEFITS Monthly benefit card to enjoy small personal extras Additional annual holiday bonus Company-supported bike leasing for an active and eco-friendly commute Voucher for special life events such as birthdays, weddings, or the birth of a child 30 vacation days per year Flexible working time model to support your individual schedule INTERESTED?
