Your responsibilities at OPmobility: - Monitoring and maintenance of KPIs in the maintenance department - Conducting maintenance assessments and driving continuous improvement - Organizing and maintaining work instructions - Creating, reviewing, and closing work orders - Coordinating with external service providers - Reviewing preventive measures, both internally and externally - Inventory checks and materials management - Optimizing maintenance activities - Creating and maintaining "Lessons Learned" documentation - Documenting all maintenance actions and processes - Communicating and coordinating with other departments - Supporting internal and external audits - Preparing reports and presentations for management - Maintaining maintenance data in IT systems (e.g. SAP, CMMS) What you bring to the table: - Completed commercial or technical vocational training - Experience in maintenance or technical administration is a plus - Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP or another maintenance management system - Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working - Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit - Proactive mindset and a sense of responsibility - Proficiency in German What OPmobility offers you: - Relocation allowance / financial support for moving to Sterbfritz - A secure job in a future-oriented company - Permanent employment contract - Flexible working hours: flexitime starting from 60 hours of time credit - Above-average vacation entitlement (30 days) - Annual special payment (13th monthly salary) - Attractive bonuses for night and weekend shifts - €100 weekend allowance - Supportive team, flat hierarchies, and modern equipment - Opportunities for training and professional development - Structured onboarding process - Easy to reach location / free parking We look forward to receiving your application and will put you directly in touch with your future employer.
