Your responsibilities at OPmobility: - Maintenance and monitoring of KPIs in the maintenance area - Conducting maintenance assessments and continuous improvement - Organizing and maintaining work instructions - Creating, reviewing, and closing work orders - Coordination with external service providers - Reviewing preventive measures internally and externally - Inventory checks and materials management - Optimizing maintenance activities - Creating and maintaining lessons learned documentation - Documenting all maintenance actions and processes - Communication and coordination with other departments - Supporting internal and external audits - Preparing reports and presentations for management - Maintaining maintenance data in IT systems (e.g., SAP, CMMS) What you bring to the table: - Completed commercial or technical training - Experience in maintenance or technical administration is an advantage - Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP or another maintenance system - Organizational skills and a structured way of working - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team - Initiative and sense of responsibility - German language skills What OPmobility offers you: - Relocation allowance / financial support for moving to Sterbfritz - Secure job in a future-oriented company - Permanent employment contract - Flexible working hours: flexitime from 60 hours of time credit - Above-average vacation entitlement (30 days) - Annual special payment (13th monthly salary) - Attractive bonuses for night and weekend work - €100 weekend allowance - Supportive team, flat hierarchies, and modern equipment - Opportunities for training and career development - Structured onboarding - Good accessibility / free parking We look forward to receiving your application and will connect you directly with your new employer.
