But to stay ahead of the game, we need to continue driving innovation by hiring highly motivated talents. Your Role Support the team across a broad range of legal topics, especially financing, international private law, general contract law, corporate law, capital market law, commercial law, banking supervision law, labor law, and data protection law Deal with regulatory and compliance-related topics (e.g. WpIG, KWG, GWG, ZAG, MaRisk & MaComp, and KI-VO) Prepare assessments, memos, and statements on various legal topics Develop, negotiate, and manage contractual relationships with corporate clients, international banks, financial institutions, and service providers Support the team in the creation, maintenance, and further development of various contracts and processes, incl. the use of AI tools Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with the Capital Markets, Sales, Operations, Finance & Risk, and IT departments Independently manage various processes and projects Your Profile Fully qualified lawyer or a degree in business law with a focus on finance and corporate law Initial relevant practical experience (in finance and/or corporate law) is an advantage Strong interest in corporate finance, capital markets, economic contexts, and interdisciplinary topics High intrinsic motivation, eagerness to learn, and hands-on mentality Independent working style, passion for the job, and a high sense of responsibility Open, communicative manner, quick comprehension, and the ability to work in a team Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus Very good MS Office skills and initial experience with legal AI tools Our Offer This position offers you the opportunity to be part of a determined, passionate team in a dynamic fintech environment.
