Stellenbeschreibung: These tasks are waiting for you Lead our Partner Experience Engineering team, promoting collaboration and ensuring smooth project delivery through close coordination with other teams. Explore new ideas, conduct research, and contribute to proposals (RFCs). Work together with colleagues across teams to design and build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for innovative technical solutions. Be hands-on in developing new technologies and driving their implementation. Act as a trusted sparring partner to product managers and other stakeholders, shaping solutions to both business and technical challenges. Guide the delivery process by applying agile principles, helping the team stay focused and successful. Support your team’s growth through feedback, mentoring, and regular check-ins, celebrating progress and addressing challenges early. Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. This is what you bring to the table You bring around 10+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with Node.js and TypeScript. You have at least 4 years of experience leading engineering teams — both technically and in people development. You’re confident working across the full stack (frontend and backend) and enjoy building cloud-agnostic solutions. You’re familiar with public cloud services such as AWS, Vercel, Supabase, GCP, or Azure. You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating across teams, and know how to motivate and empower others. Experience in insurance or finance is a plus — but not a must.
