We are seeking a highly experienced and analytically driven professional to lead ADH’s accounting function and oversee global reporting of financial KPIs across multiple Health OEs. This is a key role that combines technical accounting expertise with strategic performance analysis to drive actionable insights. Tasks Manage all ADH planning and accounting activities in compliance with HGB and IFRS standards. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Lead the SD/PD process for ADH and oversee the target proposal process for OEs. Further develop and maintain global health KPI reporting across different OEs. Analyze trends in core KPIs by OE and translate into strategic recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams at ADH and in the SE to align financial reporting with business goals. Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements. Requirements Several years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting. Deep knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards. Strong understanding of insurance-specific KPIs and their business implications. Proven ability to derive insights from complex data sets and drive action. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Background as strategy consultant in a leading consulting firm is a clear plus.
