Industry 3 open positions for 3 regions: Germany / DACH / Benelux

hierarchies and fast decision-making. You will join a dedicated team
that values autonomy, collaboration, and international growth. Tasks
Your Mission As Key Account Manager, you will be a driving force
behind sales success in your assigned region. You will manage and grow
major customer and distribution relationships in the visual
communication industry while opening doors to new business
opportunities. Your responsibilities include: Develop and execute
regional sales strategies to expand market share Build and maintain
long-term relationships with key accounts and channel partners Conduct
customer analysis and needs assessments to tailor solutions Identify
and approach high-potential prospects across your territory Represent
the company at international trade fairs, events, and customer
meetings Ensure strong collaboration with internal teams (marketing,
logistics, product management) Provide accurate pipeline forecasting
and deliver on growth targets Execute competitive entry plans and
strategic account development Ensure high standards of customer
satisfaction and loyalty Requirements Your Profile Proven sales
experience within the visual communication industry , especially in
textile-based large format printing solutions or related product
segments, within the assigned region Strong understanding of market
trends, buyer behavior, and competitive dynamics A strategic mindset
with the ability to develop and execute account- and market-specific
growth strategies Confident communicator with strong presentation,
negotiation, and relationship-building skills Hands-on experience with
CRM systems and standard business tools (e.g., MS Office) Fluent in
English; any additional European language is an asset Willingness to
