- We’re a stealth, VC-backed pre‑seed/seed stage start-up disrupting
a legacy mobility sector. With a proven expansion blueprint and a
targeted M&A strategy, we’re set to triple revenue this year. Our
founders – serial entrepreneurs who previously raised >USD 80m from
Tier-1 US investors – are now launching into a new market. Now we
need top 0.1% builders. Generalists who get energy from executing . If
that sounds like you - read on. Tasks You will work closely with our
Head of People and leadership team and own hiring as a core business
function. Own the full recruiting process end to end for multiple
roles across operations, tech, and business, from role scoping to
signed offer. Translate business needs into clear hiring strategies,
job profiles, and sourcing plans. Proactively source and engage top
talent through outbound channels, networks, and referrals. Conduct
structured interviews and independently assess candidates for skill,
performance mindset, and culture fit. Drive fast, high-quality hiring
decisions in close collaboration with hiring managers. Manage offers,
contracts, and closing while ensuring an excellent candidate
experience. Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and
funnel performance as the company scales. Beyond recruiting, you will
contribute to the broader People function: Co-own the Employee
Lifecycle from Onboarding to Offboarding. Partner with People
Operations on onboarding quality, role clarity, and early retention.
Support employer branding initiatives and help position the company as
a top employer in the startup and operations ecosystem. Requirements 1
to 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting or talent
acquisition. Proven ability to own recruiting processes independently,
not just support them. Strong interview and candidate assessment
skills with a clear eye for talent and potential. Fully fluent in
German (C2) and English (C1+). Comfortable working in a fast-paced,
on-site start-up environment. Pragmatic, execution-driven mindset with
a strong sense of ownership. You genuinely enjoy working with people
