- Your tasks We started out as an online shop, but have since grown far
beyond our borders and our internal processes are constantly evolving
with us. As part of the Order to Cash team, you will ensure that every
order is processed smoothly and efficiently, from order entry to
payment. You combine precision with service orientation and actively
contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Use your
organizational skills, structured mindset, and passion for smooth
operations to help shape the processes at one of Germany’s most
exciting food companies. You maintain and manage customer master data
to ensure that customer information is complete, accurate, and up to
date. You handle the invoicing and billing process in compliance with
internal guidelines and legal requirements. You oversee d eductions
and dispute management , identify deductions and discrepancies, and
coordinate their resolution with the relevant departments. You will
support the order fulfillment and shipping process , ensure on-time
deliveries, and assist in optimizing processes. You will work with
Procuros to automate and simplify ordering and order processes. You
will use Business Central to efficiently manage orders, invoices, and
customer data and to ensure process quality. Your profile You have
completed training in business administration or a comparable
commercial field - career changers are welcome. Ideally, you have some
practical experience in the Order to Cash process , invoicing or
customer master data management. You are fluent in German and English
, and have good knowledge of French . You live in Berlin or are
willing to move for your new position. You work in a structured and
organized way, keeping an overview even in a dynamic environment. You
have strong numerical skills , attention to detail, and a
service-oriented mindset when dealing with internal and external
stakeholders. You already have experience working with an ERP system
and are confident using MS Office, especially Excel. What you can
