Your Responsibilities Identify relevant influencers and platforms to build strategic partnerships that effectively position our brand. Independently source, contact, and negotiate with influencers and agencies in line with our business goals. Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support growth across various target markets. Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships using key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize return on investment (ROI). Collaborate closely with our national and international marketing teams to seamlessly integrate influencer marketing into our broader strategies. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends , competitor activities, and new platforms to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve. Your profile You have 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing and can demonstrate success in executing campaigns and managing influencer relationships. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus – but hands-on experience matters most. You are based in or around Berlin and enjoy working on-site at our headquarters in Schöneberg. You have excellent German and English language skills. You’re proficient with influencer marketing tools and experienced in analyzing campaign performance to measure and improve success. You’re well-versed in social media platforms and always up to date with the latest influencer marketing trends. You’re confident in negotiations, quickly build trust-based relationships, and can clearly and convincingly communicate your ideas. You bring creativity, flexibility, and a structured way of working—and you handle multiple projects at once without losing track.
