- Intro b2venture is looking for an Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d)
to join our Fundraising / Coverage team at the earliest opportunity.
The specific role level will be determined based on your experience
and qualifications. Founded in 2000, b2venture is one of the most

journey in St. Gallen, Switzerland and now has additional offices in
Berlin, Zurich, Munich, and Luxembourg. b2venture deploys over EUR

Start date: as soon as possible Workplace: Zurich, Berlin or Munich
Tasks Our mission: Join our growth journey by building and
strengthening relationships with Private Wealth Partners, including
Private Banks, Asset Managers, Single and Multi-Family Offices, and
entrepreneurial investors. As we scale access to our innovative
venture capital platform, you will take a leading role in fundraising.
This will involve originating new opportunities, advancing fundraising
conversations, and managing long-term investor relationships. Your
role: This position offers significant autonomy within a fast-growing
VC environment with an entrepreneurial spirit. Your contributions will
directly impact the growth of the firm and the future success of
outlier companies. Responsible for raising funds for our early-stage,
opportunity, direct investment structure by building new and
broadening existing relationships with private wealth distribution
channels, primarily across Europe, with a strong focus on DACH at the
beginning. Develop and manage relationships with existing and new
private wealth partners, including global and regional banks, asset
managers, single and multi-family offices, and entrepreneurial
investors. Build a robust pipeline of prospective partners and deliver
measurable growth in fundraising activities. Map out the investor
landscape, source opportunities, and lead distribution projects.
Understand and present the full range of b2venture’s solutions to
partner organizations, including operational and regulatory features.
Create tailored, persuasive, and high-quality marketing materials and
respond to client requests, assist with queries, and perform necessary
updates. Be involved end-to-end in the client journey, from contract
negotiations and client onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
Work closely with investment and legal teams to ensure compliance and
optimal structuring throughout the client lifecycle. Leverage CRM
systems and data analytics to track investor engagement and optimize
outreach. Requirements Your Profile: You love working with
institutional investors and angels in the private wealth industry, and
anticipate and serve their needs and requirements. You thrive in
distributing an innovative and diverse Venture Capital Platform
product. In-depth understanding of the Venture Capital industry, with
experience working alongside GPs and/or distribution partners.
Comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial environment,
possessing strong networking and organizational skills. Several years
of relevant work experience, preferably within the private markets
industry, including business development, consulting, or relationship
management. Proven success in managing client relationships,
identifying as well as converting new clients, with a track record of
fundraising achievements. Previous experience in fund selection and
institutional sales departments within Private Banking, Wealth
Management, or Private Markets is a plus. Proficiency in English and
German is required; French or Spanish language skills are a plus.
