Stellenbeschreibung: Ihre Aufgaben Contribute to enhancing end-to-end investment management business solutions by delivering comprehensive technological and business support, including the design, development and integration of tools and interfaces with external financial providers and services Support the development and implementation of risk management processes, tools and analytics, ensuring their alignment and interoperability across front-to-back operational workflows Design, develop and maintain business solutions and tools used across the value chain Engage in project activities in co-operation with team members and external service providers Conduct change control, testing and release management activities, including those related to investment management platforms Contribute to the documentation of front-to-back business processes and department-wide procedures to support internal governance and audit requirements Prepare analytical reports and statistical data to support decision-making Act as deputy for other team members as required, ensuring business continuity and effective operational coverage Work at the intersection of investment management, analytics and technology Perform other duties as assigned by your line manager Ihr Profil Apply if you have Extensive working experience in the investment management industry, including in: quantitative methods, design, implementation, reporting, testing, maintenance, documentation and the support of applications and tools from front to back office In-depth understanding of and experience in investment management processes and solutions, including trading processes, middle- and back-office workflows and risk management Advanced proficiency in programming languages and environments (e.g. Python, Matlab) and related analytical tools used in the financial industry. Proficiency in standard reporting systems and practical experience in database management and data extraction (e.g. SQL, API) Strong analytical skills, service focus, flexibility and proven ability to work efficiently, prioritise workflows and meet demanding deadlines Curiosity and a readiness to adopt cutting-edge technologies (including artificial intelligence), a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a small team in a multidisciplinary environment Well-developed oral and written communication skills, a natural bias towards action and team-driven work, as well as a talent for goal-oriented problem-solving Our minimum requirements for this post Diploma of completed studies at master's level or - in exceptional cases - equivalent professional experience Generally, an excellent knowledge (at least C1) of one official language (English, French and German) and ability to understand the other two; alternatively, excellent knowledge (at least C1) of at least one official language (in such cases, the willingness to learn the missing language(s) and to reach level B2 within a set time frame Citizenship of one of the member states of the European Patent Organisation
