Global Exposure: Work alongside experts from diverse backgrounds, gaining invaluable cross-cultural insights Tailored Experience: Our 6-month fully paid Amway ESAN Internship, starting in July 2025 , offers placements in two vibrant locations: Munich/Puchheim (DE) and Kraków (PL) Professional Development: Participate in dedicated training sessions and business workshops, acquiring first-hand knowledge and experience Tasks Purpose of the role: The role will assist and contribute to Brand Marketing team providing support to New Product Development, Go to market definition, planning, and execution. Collaborate with cross-category portfolio teams to develop and execute Go-To-Market plans and marketing activation activities for 2025 product launches Support the Brand Marketing & Promotion teams in driving the implementation of commercial innovation initiatives Assist the Pricing team with maintaining the pricing database, refining product categorization and pricing structure, and conducting financial analyses What you'll do: Support Brand Manager in tracking NPD timelines and GTM deliverables Support Brand Manager in monitoring competitor’s portfolio initiatives Support Brand team in Marketing presentation preparation and dedicated reporting if needed.
