Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle You will support business travel processes which may include employee support, communication, data analytics and travel policy updates You will support the employee mobility topics such as company cars, mobility budget and bike leasing You will assist at the InfoPoint welcoming and supporting of employees, customers, visitors and service providers You will assist our facility management for example in employee ID card creation process You will support overall in HR Business related topics, e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention & Wellbeing Anforderungen an die Qualifikation You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of Business and Economics, HR Management, Tourism Management or similar You are a Team player with high communication skills You have advanced MS office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills Benefits: Das bieten wir A competitive remuneration : We pay 1.952,00 € per month for a 35 hours working week Attractive corporate benefits : Discounted gym memberships, employee discounts from VW corporate benefits program Possibillity to grow and network : International and modern working environment with the possibility to learn and to growth Ideal and flexible working conditions : Work remotely or up to 20 days per year abroad within the EU and a Brand new Headquarter Hybrid M in Munich/Germany
