Stellenbeschreibung: Insurance Operations Expert (all genders) Join Pallas Versicherung AG, a proud subsidiary of Bayer AG, where we handle all insurance matters for the Bayer Group worldwide. As a key player in our team, you will oversee a diverse range of global property insurance programs, making a real impact in an international environment. We are looking for an Insurance Operations Expert/Assistant Underwriter (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team! Your Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the administration of contract documentation, premium, and claims accounting for international insurance programs across various sectors including property, business interruption, and transport/storage. Support the contract and claims processing of property insurance programs. Conduct cross-period monitoring, reporting, and data analysis within your areas of responsibility. Assist the broking team in preparing tender and contract renewal documents. Collaborate on annual financial closing activities, audits, and Solvency II reporting. Participate in IT projects relevant to your area of responsibility. Advise Bayer companies, both domestic and international, on insurance matters. What You Bring A degree in Business Administration (Bachelor) with a focus on Insurance/Reinsurance or a completed commercial training, ideally as an Insurance and Finance Specialist, along with several years of professional experience. Extensive experience with an international insurer or broker in operations, underwriting, or international coordination. In-depth knowledge of international insurance programs and related accounting processes. A passion for working with numbers and data across various insurance sectors and contract types. Willingness to engage in project work that may extend beyond your core responsibilities. Strong problem-solving and presentation skills, along with motivation and flexibility. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, with a keen interest in digital transformation. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation, complemented by effective communication and teamwork abilities. Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
