Requirements As this is an initiative application, the primary baseline requirement is initial experience in adult education , while the healthcare industry is a strong plus. The specific industry background is not essential, as long as the candidate aligns with our company purpose and a participant-focused learning environment. Comfortable working in a small, growing organisation where roles are broad and evolving Able to take ownership of topics end-to-end rather than working within strictly separated responsibilities Proactive in identifying needs and improving processes without waiting for predefined structures Benefits Premium Location - We work in a bright and modern workspace located directly next to the U8 in Kreuzberg, Berlin.
