In preparation for upcoming projects, they are currently searching for a new Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. Tasks Own and manage the entire SAP SuccessFactors system - with a strong focus on Employee Central and EC Payroll Lead and implement system changes, enhancements, and upgrades — from idea to go-live Drive interfaces and integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP Ensure high-quality HR master data and stable core HR processes Identify optimisation opportunities and improve HR workflows across the organisation Run and support upgrade and improvement projects Act as a trusted partner for HR and IT, confidently presenting ideas and solutions Bring innovation: if you have a good idea, you’re encouraged to build a business case and make it happen Profile 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience Strong expertise in Employee Central / EC-Payroll Knowledge of the following modules is a plus: Performance & Goals, Recruiting and Compensation & Benefits A confident, senior mindset — you’re comfortable challenging, advising, and presenting Fluent German We offer Excellent salary package 35 or 40 hours/week IG Metal Tariff Christmas & holiday pay, company pension 60% remote Flat hierarchies Upcoming S/4HANA projects Freedom to shape the IT-HR roadmap Flexible working hours Global team events Training and development budget Contact If this sounds interesting, please get in touch!
