With 3 major mergers & acquisitions set to launch next year, they are actively seeking an Inhouse SAP Project Manager to join their Frankfurt team. You will support large-scale integration projects and help with their continued growth and success. Tasks As an Inhouse SAP Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex SAP projects. End-to-end project leadership: Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial analysis to post-implementation hypercare—with a focus on successful delivery. Manage internal teams and external consultants; ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership with informed decision-making. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Translate business requirements into detailed project plans across SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, S/4HANA). Support change management and user training Profile You already have relevant experience in the implementation and management of IT projects, particularly within SAP. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills. Track record of managing SAP integrations during mergers, acquisitions, or corporate restructuring. You can translate complex business requirements into smart, effective SAP solutions. You bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to project-driven environments and team dynamics.
