Stellenbeschreibung: About My client is a global energy organization headquartered in Mannheim , operating in 120+ countries with a global workforce of more than 100,000 employees. As they prepare for three major M&As this year, they have large growth in their IT team. They are seeking an experienced Inhouse SAP HCM Consultant to join their growing team in Mannheim . In this role, you will support large-scale S/4HANA integration projects, future SuccessFactors transformations and contribute to the company’s continued growth. You’ll work within a dynamic IT team, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the DACH region and central SAP teams to deliver robust SAP HCM solutions. Tasks Support, maintain, and further develop the existing SAP HCM system landscape Act as a key contact for HR and business stakeholders Analyse requirements and translate them into functional SAP HCM solutions Lead and contribute to SAP HCM projects, including enhancements and optimisations Configure and customise SAP HCM modules, especially in the areas of Time Management and related processes Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth HR‑IT operations Contribute to the ongoing digitalisation and modernisation of HR processes Profile Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM consulting Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Time Management, CATS, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, or related submodules Ability to understand complex HR processes and translate them into system solutions Hands‑on mentality with a structured, independent working style Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with HR stakeholders Fluent German skills; English is an advantage Experience with modern SAP technologies (e.g., Fiori, S/4HANA) is a plus We offer Excellent salary package In-house, permanent position Global Cloud and S/4HANA projects (this client Migrated to S4 in 2018) Company shares scheme Hybrid work model and home office options Flexible working hours Flat hierarchy, quick decision-making process World class onboarding Exciting international culture - regular trips with the team.
