Your tasks at OPmobility: - Operate, monitor, and control painting robots while adhering to safety regulations - Observe and manage the flame treatment and painting processes - Input and adjust program parameters according to supervisor instructions - Ensure and apply the correct paint colors according to the production schedule - Perform basic maintenance tasks on robotic systems - Maintain checklists for quality control in both wet and dry conditions - Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance and OFT departments on corrective actions - Monitor technical parameters (e.g., air pressure, system tightness, and hose cleanliness) - Document and communicate malfunctions or changes during shift handovers - Support adjacent production tasks during downtime What you bring along: - Completed training in a technical or industrial field is desirable - Professional experience in production or in robotics/painting is an advantage - Technical understanding and interest in automated processes - Good color perception and no sensitivity to odors - Independent, responsible, and conscientious work ethic - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Willingness to work in shifts - Good German language skills, both written and spoken What OPmobility offers you: - Secure position in a forward-looking company - Permanent employment contract - Flexible working hours: flextime with 60-hour credit balance - Above-average vacation entitlement (30 days) - Annual bonus (13th-month salary) - Attractive allowances for night and weekend work - €100 weekend allowance - Friendly team, flat hierarchies, and modern equipment - Opportunities for further training and career development - Structured onboarding process - Easily accessible location with free parking We look forward to receiving your application and will put you in direct contact with your new employer.
