Your Tasks Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of indices with varying levels of complexity Execute systematic, rules-based selection and rebalancing of both Solactive and client indices Act as a key contact for an international client base, including leading investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading desks Develop, enhance, and maintain index algorithms within the company’s framework Leverage a deep understanding of quantitative investment concepts and strategies to refine, maintain, or drive innovation in existing indices Optimize and improve various internal processes and workflows for greater efficiency Collaborate closely with data engineers, business analysts and developers throughout the software development lifecycle Your Profile Academic degree in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering Relevant work experience in the finance industry or similar (e.g. equity research, trading, investment, or asset management) Strong knowledge and passion for capital markets, financial instruments, and quantitative investment strategies. Innovative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility in execution. Highly structured, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Intercultural competence and adaptability, thriving in a global work environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBA, MATLAB, and SQL.
